Hacking the only thing i cant do with my ds

i think the only thing icant do with my ds now that i have an r4 is use my ds like a cell phone.
anyone know any hombrew like this(yes i know this is crazy) ?

I think there's a VoIP type program, but I highly highly doubt you'll ever find a bit of homebrew that turns your DS into a cell phone.

If you use SVSIP with an SIP provider, you can use your DS as a cell phone. I've called my friends a few times just for kicks.

Have you ever tried chatting with someone in Pokemon Diamond/Pearl online? That's pretty much the sound quality to expect. It's a lot better if you use the DS Mic tho.

Call Natrium42, get a sim card reader/writer, rip apart a cell phone, and tell us how it goes.

Natrium42 + sim card + half of cell phone + Chrism = new DS cellphone addon and phone homebrew.

DS tv tuner receives cell phone signals. Not sure if it's used for phone calls but it does use cell phone signals for tv and movie streams.
