Homebrew GTA III Wii Port

Hii, Ive been trying the port, I wanna thank you for porting it, this is one of my favorite games of all time, its works quite well, but i cant seem to get the gamecube controller working, i tried unplugging and plugging it, second port and nothing... but it works great on wiimote+nunchuck, the button layout isn't bad at all. I tried it on real a real wii console

Hi! Thanks for trying the port and for the kind words!

I've fixed the GameCube controller issue, so it should work now.

Thanks for letting me know!

Port of GTA III to the Wii, based on GaryOderNichts' Wii U port.

Works with the Classic Controller and GameCube pad.

Exciting. I'm adding this to the Wii ports ultimate thread!

The game throws a DSI crash if you try to run it from USB.

Some issues I've found while trying to replicate the original mappings, regarding the Wii U Pro Controller (probably affecting Wii Classic Controller too)
  • Minus button / R1 button / Home button, can't be mapped, no response.
  • X button and L3 button (Left Stick press) are being read as the same button (Joy 3).
  • Y button and R3 button (Right Stick press) are being read as the same button (Joy 4).
  • Controller remaps aren't being saved when you exit the app.
