Couldn't they make a addon thing to the regular Wii for HD? I don't think that should be so hard, of caurse it won't be able to play HD on the old games but it could have some HD games on the new games.

I'm not saying graphics make the game, But nintendo needs to find a way to balance both.

who cares if the games look like crap or not on Wii. Nintendo knows what they're doing and have never disappointed. i would be happy playing a game with graphics like a game and watch as long as it was fun. if you want graphics stick with xbox360 or PS3 since most of their games are only about graphics and no game play(at least not something you can enjoy for very long).

graphics are important though not as much as gameplay for me and many ppl cuz if u were to see FF7 and zelda ocarina, they are not graphically marvelous but arguably the best games of all times
ofcourse with the above u can understand tht age matters (i mean era)... graphics should improve with the era and demand and not keep ur views above the needs of the ppl while not compensating gameplay cuz graphics will get lost after some during playing but the overall graphics are always needed

HD is NOT important. I don't really see the point in it myself, and the whole request for a WII HD is just lame. As others said, Nintendo is not going to release a console just for HD.

I am sure their next console will have it as it becomes almost standard. Yet, there is no big rush for it. HD is not important, especcially in terms of gameplay.
