I maintain a list of all of the NSMB hacks that pop up on the hacking forum  (feel free to join)

and well, here it is ~ spoilered and all

most of the patches are made (and applied with) with the editor found here

Yeah so many hacks but only 3 which are good!
My hack is the best for sure!! it's not a simply 1:1 copy! (the guys who have searched for star coins will know what I mean^^)

2x Super Mario Bros. 3?
LOL, he haven't even finished the first world^^
I'm done to 50%

He also made Super Retro Bros. 2...
He have used the tilesets only, nothing is same to the orignial SMB2...

I saw it somewhere, but I can't remember where

Not in this life my friend^^
Replacing the springboard by yoshi won't work...
You have to code the completre gameif you want to add something like Yoshi!

The tongue, riding on it, animated sprites...
It's not my class^^ (the same goes to some items like the raccoon/feather)
I'm sorry^^

Actually, this hack is purely new music (aka no levels)
the guy who made it has a guide, but it's a long process involving some midi and the likes
(and you are free to incorporate his hack into yours if you give credit)


Also,
I actually haven't played a majority of these hacks
but I have a feeling most of them are good.

it's just none of them are truly complete


Aaaand if any of you play one of these hacks, please register on the forum and give some feedback.
I think some of the the hacks would get some more levels if the creator knew people actually play them.

but... yeah it sounds true...
But I really saw someone who said:
Changed Springboard to yoshi: 100% done. It was on GBATemp, for sure.
But the idea is good. if you run trough a springboard (not the twisting one

and hold the B button, you pick it up and hold it right?
well, If you change that sprite to a standing yoshi, and you will run throug it, Its like you ride yoshi!
but i think its kinda inpossible. He also said he changed the ''mini suite'' to a kind of ''propellor suite''....
i think thats impossible to

Well, I can safely say that the propeller suite never happened.
