haha, shiny force is awesome, just too bad about the shit load of text

, so end up, i just skip them all

but gameplay wise, it is pretty unique...

anyway, i guess those guys who are playing metroid, they must have gotten them from elsewhere, since in the past, i think we did accidentally have them, but narin found that they work in wifi,so they were removed, but since these were gotten from the net and elsewhere, if u are evil and wish to take revenege/ be like them, google/other search engine might help u

i have problem still with dragon quest v.

i used narins cheat to bypass security.. i play it. In the cave, the guy keeps reappearing after u save him. then today i saved at the church and the game froze. i reset game, load my game up but its lost my save game and im back at the beginning of the game.

next i try the new fix that is out, i fix the game... turn off cheats in CycloDs options... go to start the game and ...nothing, just a black screen.

anyone else had this problem please.. and know how to get past it?
could it be because i have the rom trimmed?

I also noticed that after the fix, the rom isnt named to its proper name

I just tried again with the rom untrimmed and it still gives black screen

I tried the fix using the cheat first ...thats when it worked as i said, but then the guy in cave kept appearing and my game froze wheres it also lost my save game

Ok I have a problem, I try to go to the rom options for my Pokemon Pearl. But the firmware freezes. I downloaded another Pokemon Pearl rom and the rom options worked. Thats cool but all of my data is on the other rom. Is there any way I can transfer the data to the new rom or fix the current rom?

what do you mean data? do you mean save?
well you can try rename the name of your old save to suit the new game name and see whether it loads or not

example:-
before you rename make a backup of the old save
old save name --> abcdefg.sav
new game name --> xyz.nds
so rename the old save --> from abcdeg.sav to xyz.sav

furthermore, it could be your savegame which is corrupted that leads to freeze

EDIT: by the way, this is the wrong thread to ask question like this

sorry about that. I just thought i would post in here as it does involve the Bypass cheat as it seems to still have problems with the guy in cave reappearing on the cyclods evo.

I need help regarding your usecheat.dat database. Forgive me if I didn't not put this question in the right spot, I find it hard to find the right forum with so many of them going around.

I put your usrcheat.dat file on my microSD in the _system_ folder and for rid of every thing else like that on the card. When I start my r4 up and look down my list of games nearly every one has an option to cheat.. good news. Where my problem lies is with the actual selection of cheats i think. Lets just say i want to cheat on Pokemon Diamond. i enable both the things i have to and select on or two cheats, then "save & exit" and start up my game. However when the game turns on it acts like no cheats have been activated and when i go back and look at the cheat (y) menu a second time no cheats are selected...

And help would be greatly appreciated.

OK this is probably a common question,but on Pokemon Pearl when the codes say calculator, what does that mean? I'm asking specifically for the Wild Pokemon modifier code.

the answer to this would be duh!! if r4 official firmware isn't able to play a certain game, then try ysmenu, at least it usually will work if not,well u can toss it into the bin or trade it for a better flashcart then.

If you don't wish to use yasumenu, you can always get yourself a new flash cart like DSTT, AK2 that has no problem on running the game

Pokemon: Set the National Dex number of the pokemon you want into the calculator and press L. Level: Set the level (1-100), that you want into the calculator and press R. Nature: Set the Nature Number you want and press Select.

by the way,elixir what exactly is the use of the 99 point code for shining force? i tried it, doesn't seem to do anything, my FP remains the same, and my stats remain the same, i don't see any noticable difference when using that code, so.. u might want to change the description.
