Is anyone else having a problems with the cheat(ue).dat file not showing any cheats on the R4 clones ?
I've download then twice and have the same problem. Using a R4Deluxe clone.

hi everyone,
elexirdream, i had a look at that before you posted before you posted it(knew about it and checked),

no luck. none of the grey icons were ticked and turned black so that means they automatically activate when you turn on the game, right?(as in, all boxes were gray and had a tick in them).
thanks for trying, and the game is the european chocobo tales(i get them americaen on european depending on amount of cheats(Cheats Rule(thank you narin and happly new year!!!)).
by the way, i checked the cheat and it had no comments.(R4CCE and R4DS)

In R4CCE, go to the game in the cheat file and there should be a [...] button on the right, select the game and get the new Game ID, save and copy the update file to your flashcard.

Can anybody help me? I was told that there was a subscription for the Action Replay program. Anybody remember or know what that was? The one I have doesn't work.

Yeah, I followed the instructions from dsrules and while waiting for an answer tweaked around with things. The game I have is a different ID, so I updated the usercheat.dat to have the same coding, that didn't work. Then I tried adding both, that STILL didn't work, but I think it was because I had the userevo.dat (or whatever) still within the folder. Maybe that was overriding so I'll try without that and ONLY the usercheat.dat. I'll get it to work yet! >:C

you should tweak your userevo.dat because cyclo uses userevo.dat : )
so change your game id for userevo.dat

i don't have the exact idea how it works

but if you are using a flash cart why not you use the cheats from http://cheats.gbatemp.net/ ?

well~! i had tested the all card code on the "E" version and it works on my dstt and no$
just a thought would switching from fw1.18 to yasumenu helps? (if you are using fw 1.18 for your r4)
i know i have been suggesting alot about yasumenu ...
but that is how i got most of the cheats that previously freezes my bro's R4 to work
anyway give this code a try.. i added an activator for it

maybe it will work after adding an activator

It works for me, all you need to do is add this URL to the Action Replay Code Manager as a subscription
http://cheats.gbatemp.net/files/Action_Replay.xml
The actual cheat xml file is around 10 megabytes so it will take about a 20-30 seconds to download on a fast connection.

Yea, the cheat database is still active. Though with the holidays and nothing but shovelware and obscure games coming out lately, theres been little to no cheats lately to add to the cheat database.

hahaha, maybe you can try make codes that some of them requested, which is not that difficult?
or practice on some old games that without codes?
