Yes it's a Japanese game. Red Joker is the brother title to Black Ace version. Ryuusei no Rockman means "Shooting Star Rockman" or "Mega Man Star Force" in North America. And yes, it's a good game, a lot more so then its predecessors.

i had only play the game briefly, it is a nice game and surely very different from the rockman/megaman series

i would say is a must play game...for those who don't play J, just wait for the U or E release

In other words: Curley taught one person (who I don't know), and is teaching another person (who I DO know) to make cheats.

His teacher (who I also know) is a good man and will be helping Curley organize the thread along with the two people mentioned above.
