If you add an activator to the code, everytime you press the assigned button, you have the time reset. Make sure not to activate after 1 minute is left. it'll screw up your timer.

Hey, I just tried to go back to 1.18 firmware and now my R4 keeps freezing. I'm gonna try going back to 1.21, but if that doesn't work anyone have a suggestion?
Also, I swapped out my Cheat.DAT files before this, and then had no option to cheat for any game... anyone know what they problem is?

So going back to the firmware 1.21 fixed my freezing issue, but i'm still confused as to why when i swap the old cheat.dat file with the new one i can't choose any cheats with Y anymore... any help?

R4 SDHC cannot use Original R4 firmware of course it would frozen.

R4 SDHC is a clone. There is no more real R4's out there anymore. Most likely, mine is a fake also. I use a cyclo ds now.

I'm just testing, and learning... and I managed to get it right once.. but for some reason, sometimes when I click the binoculars (on EmuCheate) I get more than 6000 results.

you shouldn't try getting codes for ninjatown~! because it uses pointer codes~!
that means every stage the codes for cookies are different~!
however, you can use it to practice

it is normal that you get 6000 results for your first search~!
the idea is pretty simple~!

you start with 140 cookies~! (search 140, choose 32bit or 16bit)
built a wee ninja should cost you 40 cookies
so you search the new balance of 100 (search 100)
your results should reduce
continue this process until you get few results or maybe 1-2 left

What do you mean by search the new balance? Do you mean that I have to keep buying more stuff and reduce my cookies/money until i get an amount that will give me 1-2 results?

I found that by clicking on the binoculars while the ninjas was building a wee ninja house made me have 2 results, always. But if I click on it AFTER making one... i get about 6000 results oO''

just take a look at the cheat database under super mario 64 DS, you will know what to add

codes start with "0" is 32 bit code 0xxxxxxx yyyyyyyy
codes start with "1" is 16 bit code 1xxxxxxx xxxxyyyy
codes start with "2" is 8 bit code 2xxxxxxx xxxxxxyy

codes tested and works on "DSTT" no freezing and it might freezes on "no$"
