I totally agree with Curely. Narin and all these other people make these cheats and post it up here so Narin can add it into the cheat database. They dont get paid to do this, so you guys are really lucky for them to keep maintaining the cheat database. If you want your cheat file, then make your own codes and put it in. They dont have to update cheats for us if they dont want to. You guys will just suffer once they dont update it anymore... Please take this into consideration..
I had problems with cheats for one of the games posted here, if anyone could help me it'd be much appreciated.
It's for Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood (E). *Aussie*
I'm using Nitrohax via my Max Media Dock with an official copy of the game. I was bored, I had cash and I wanted it...so I bought it; go figure.
In any case, Nitrohax works fine with the codes for Guitar Hero: On Tour (U) *bought that while over there*, sooo...it just seems the codes are faulty or whatever? Pressing [Select] in-game seems to activate nothing. If no one has the answer, than does someone know where I could get in touch with those who made the codes?
In particular I've been trying the Rings code, but I also tried the rare Chao and Backlight cheats. None work.

To R4 users and its clones, use either CHEAT.dat or USRCHEAT.dat and not both, using both will cause some codes and games not to show up.
For those having problems with some games not showing up like Yu-Gi-Oh its due to a bug/limit in your flashcart (R4, M3 Simply, ect) and you have a few options.

A word of warning, some cheats for Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia (U) mat corrupt your save! So use them at your own risk. The ones that use a button activator are fine, like pressing Select, etc. The ones you have to watch out for are the Gold, HP, MP, Hearts and Stat codes that don't use activators.

PS: one of the naruto patho of ninja 2 codes makes the game run REAL slow, so there is a problem for you narin.

i tried making codes for Naruto: path of ninja 2~!
i have got a problem... the game allocate a series of address for the characters~! from 020D4200 to 020D421D
and each characters they do not have an exact address~! but they do have an exact value.
so if i try to assign them to a particular address... and if it is not in the order of the address... the character will not appear (refer to my example)
ie 020D4200:00 - Naruto , 020D4201:1F - 020D421C:1F - NIL, 020D421D:1D - Haku (if i assign it in such a way.. haku will not appear)
ie 020D4200:00 - Naruto , 020D4201:1D - Haku (if i assign it in such a way.. haku will appear)
The only way to to deal with, is make a code (1 address) with a series of character value. Start with 020D4200 until address 020D421D (i am not sure whether doing so will affect the game play)

i will start with the 2nd address for character and see anyone wish to complete the rest.
the reason i left the 1st address untouched is because of Naruto is the main character~!
i think if you accidentally mess with it, might corrupt the game or resulting multiple naruto

Im also glad that some people agree with me in my previous post. Im not going to ramble on again like I did before, But if people, from now on, take that advice into consideration, There is no reason why this thread cant be as peaceful as it once used to be...
And I will also like to add that the people who take their time and put their effort into this thread such as Narin, Rayder, Itachi, elixirdream, myself and many other people, deserve to be treated with respect, not spammed complaints or flames...
If a cheat doesnt work or something screws up, Its is a good idea to let us know, But you do not have to go on and on about it and demand it be fixed..
It is also a good idea if you have just joined to read the OP so you do not make a fool of yourself.. I know it is harsh to flame n00bs who have just joined and demand codes but they have to be taught what to do and how to do it. (It does depend on their attitude mostly)
We enjoy helping people out, we all (hopefully all?? ) enjoy making you guys happy but if you are going to complain and flame us, It is not a good idea, especially if you want us to continue with our work..

Ok, lets not have a huge arguement over who hacks codes and who doesnt.. Clearly ElixirDream does and IMO anyone who can hack codes is a genius. So, if people would stop complaining about which codes have and havent been made, Have a go at making them yourself.. I bet most of you wouldnt know where to start and how to code.. I admit I cant make codes, and thats why I support others who can because if you cant realise how hard it is, You really need to Bugger Off and never come back here..
Rule No.1 from OP: NO REQUESTING CODES!!
And If anyone has a problem with this post, deal with it...
And also, as you can see in Elixir's post he has been very busy, Thats if you pay attention to what he has to say and not just the codes..
Oh, and Narin, the reason why he doesnt update daily is for a few reasons.
Sometimes not enough codes
He is very busy with his REAL LIFE (and I emphasize that!!)
He may have issues to deal with outside of GBATemp..
Just remember, we don't get paid to do this, We do it out of the kindness of our hearts for you guys and if you are going to complain and continue requesting codes, We may stop.. And I think most of you wouldnt realise this until it has actually happened.

I agree with you completely. I actually think you should "ramble" more often to get this message through the thick heads of selfish people. I must agree that making codes is not as easy as it sounds (I googled it and I was like... wtf?!)
Soo.. This thread is starting to become filled with complaints and flames as Curley just stated. Anyone who contributes to this thread in a GOOD way should give themselves a pat on the back^^
However, everyone who requests a code should first think the following thing through: Is creating and adding thousands of codes onto a cheat database THAT EASY?
