When you hold sellect right before the offer the bank will offer you 999.999 euro.
Accept the bid and play on and you will be able to end the game with a highscore of 999.999 euro.

See, I have the link from FAQ as a subscription on the Action Replay program. And for the longest time it would load up just fine and I could move codes over to the device. But all day today it just stays at "Loading..." and never actually loads. This has never happened and I'm wondering if it's a problem on my end or is something wrong with the link right now.
