Just seeing those price tags (officially printed store tags with handwritten prices on them) takes me back to the olden days. Even back then, the price tags looked like they had aged a good 10 years before you came across them.
???
Ikr? Luigi getting the short end of the stick (if at all) as usual???
Why are both Bluemario and Yellomario Mario? Where is the Luigi flavour?
And wouldn't Mario want to use it on his 'stache if he trusted it? You hardly see his head hair in game, but his moustache is an iconic part of his design.

Is that a "totally regular shampoo using the same old recipe but with a Nintendo character on the bottle so that we can sell it five time the price. Oh and don't bother saying you won't buy it, because we will put it on the perfect spot on the shelves so that your children will see it and go in demonic tantrum mode in the store until you buy it" kind of thing?

Back then, Luigi got shafted because the brand itself was new, and Mario was seen as the primary character/moneymaker. It probably contributed to Luigi being given a more timid personality. If he needs to muster his courage from time to time, it's easy to see why Mario takes the lead.???

Yeah, it was likely a generic formula with maybe a variant scent to differentiate. You know, hotel complimentary shampoo. Is that a "totally regular shampoo using the same old recipe but with a Nintendo character on the bottle so that we can sell it five time the price. On the 3rd one (Mario Bubble Bath), I like how Mario is bathing/scrubbing himself with his overalls still on

Spaghetti flavor yum yum
What the hades is Mario Bubble Bath 3DS? I put that into a search to try and understand, and I looked at the image results. Even with Safe Search on, I was displeased. On the 3ds one (Mario Bubble Bath), I like how Mario is bathing/scrubbing himself with his overalls still on![]()
This seems to be one of those cases where someone talks about something interesting and when the others want to know more they just don't say anythingWhat the hades is Mario Bubble Bath 3DS? I think I'm on a list now.
F'ing autocorrect. Comment editedWhat the hades is Mario Bubble Bath 3DS?

In @CoolMe's defense, the original topic of Mario Shampoo doesn't have a lot of depth to begin with. This seems to be one of those cases where someone talks about something interesting and when the others want to know more they just don't say anything

The original gamer girl bath water.View attachment 485888
It is canon now that Nintendo characters bathe with their clothing on.
