Well if you're talking about other Switch owners too that have issues with them, and not just that one on the pic above, then it's mainly the stick drift, and overall joysticks on Xbox,PS4/5, and even Switch Pro controllers are just better outside of the drift issues. And yes, you're right, i'd use the aforementioned controllers instead for long sessions and or in docked mode.. But for the guy with the big hand above, i think he's complaining about the size being too small for him..
