The save isn't region locked.
I get the (J) version of TWEWY, add the max of all pins/ all items, and save. Then change save to (EU) naming.

Wala, all pins w/o 999 hours of playing.

You can do that? Good, now I can use my old file too.

...Think the EU save can be changed to NA?

Really now. You can only go.

All mentioned codes will get added sometime tomorrow. Gotta crash, work some overtime in the morning and then get my car worked on. So....it'll be later tomorrow (at the soonest) before I have time to update.

im using the twewy Max Health cheat and the game freezes/hang when entering new place.. is it because of the cheat? or because of the game itself? I heard that this game got some issues with other flash kart but not R4(mine)..

How about deleteing the _dsmenu.sys and you TWEWY save file and then deleteing the Cheat.dat/usrcheat.dat (whichever one you use) and using the latest version.
Thats what I did.
edit: actually I have the exact same problem with MPH, IT WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY AR CODE! NOT EVEN ALL CHARACHTERS UNLOCKED...
