hi guys. I have a question and I hope someone can help me.
I have a ds lite with m3real and I've updated it to the latest firmware. I don't know where the problem is but since I've updated I can't use cheats anymore. in glory of heracles the game freezes before it reaches the main menu when I have cheats activated. other games have the same problem.
can someone explain where the problem lies and secondly why are there so many cheat files on the newest firmware?

oh, I have formatted my sd card two times but still no luck.

there is nothing wrong with your card, some newer games don't work when you turn on Soft Reset or Cheats or RTS and Heracles is 1 of them...and since the System Files are kinda universal, they throw more cheat files in there for other language needs, you can delete all of them if you don't need them and download the newest cheat.db from Gbatemp and rename it to cheat_eng.db (that's the default cheat file name M3Real English uses now)

Yugioh 2010 works fine on the newest Touchpod 4.7g and iTouch 3.7f firmwares, unless you're still running it with Sakura

I got a "problem". I'm using M3 Real with latest Sakura. I want to play Pokémon GBA backups with it. Because I need some cheats I want to use the savegames with the emulator on my computer too. VBA Link, so I can not only apply cheats but also trade Pokémon from game to game. I saw a "tutorial" on page 42 in this thread with VBA-M but it doesn't really work. The saves are still not really compatible.

So my question is:
1. When will the save system of the M3 Real Sakura change so it's fully compatible with VBA Link?
2. Is there a emulator for PC that is fully compatible with the *.sav files created by Sakura?



Okay I'm sorry I just found out the error is on my side. I made the mistake to save the games with cheats enabled. Of course that caused the error. With cheats disabled it's working perfectly. I can easily use the saves on M3 Real or VBA-Link now.

That's because when touchpod gets updates it doesn't carry over to Sakura.

There's no way to do that because the game engines for both games are completely separate, meaning you'd have to do some backwards engineering.

That's easy. Just sort the SYSTEM folder by modified date and copy over all the new files of the single boot touchpod to your sakura-touchpod dual boot folder.

I'm looking for the changelogs for M3 Sakura v1.00-v1.12a. If anyone has links I would appreciate any help anyone can provide.

I think there isn't any changelog for them since it wasn't made to play games on those versions, no changelog was released. I could be wrong.

Utacchi kinda needs to be fixed. Sometimes the touch controls won't work anymore after a while.

I already have the 1.4 fcore for the M3i Zero, do I just replace all of the files with these new 4.7gx files? I am updating because Pokemon Platinum crashes every time I try to battle someone online.

Firmware updates are just dragging and dropping the new SYSTEM folder and overwriting everything.

The latest release won't display images from the SD card. I have some JPG's in a folder that I always set as a wallpaper and they won't even show up in the file browser.
