Hacking the last story codes... please help

Does anyone know how to use this code for The Last Story USA version on wii?

What does this mean:
**Conditional - Continues code execution if the value at 0x1EDBC4 is equal to 0xC03E0004, otherwise sets execution to false.

I don't know if I need to split the 1st line from the last 2 and make it 2 separate codes, and where the heck is the freakin' *debug menu when I try to activate the code?

As I said in the other thread, I'm not familiar with the game or code, but the first and second/third lines should not be separated.

Banjo2, thank for the help and your prompt response, I will attempt using the code again in this format, if it crashes the game, I will await a code update from the creator
