My Switch stopped turning on and started displaying this error code. So, I took it to the service where I had the CHIP installed, but they told me they couldn’t fix it and returned the device to me. Now, another service says they can fix the issue by performing a reball or installing a brand-new NAND.

Do you think I can fix the issue myself?

010000000000039 is the shared database service application on your switch.
Probably some data corruption happened and Atmosphere just reports that it crashed.

You could try booting in to maintenance mode to see if that fixes something.

If you are using an emummc, then you have a copy of the NAND on your SD card and reballing won't help anything.
If you are using the sysnand/internal nand, doing a factory reset might fix the issue according to some other users.

In both cases you will lose all your save games if you go right ahead.
You could try making a back of the internal nand or emummc image/partition and mount that to a PC to extract the save games.
The file system should be fine so that should be no problem.

If you have. a backup, you could try making a backup of the nand or emummc and add the 0100000000039 application from your original backup and then put it back.
But it's quite a hassle either way.
