It's not possible. You have to find a exploit in the kernel. I don't know what do you mean by "kernel entrypoint".

Would it be possible to make a romhack for pilot wings to make free flight with no timer? That annoys the hell out of me and would actual make the game a lot more fun. Also more skydiving

That could be possible without having to hack the rom. Just use the spider AR code, find the value for the timer, and set it to either a very high number, or possibly -1 or something that glitches out the timer and makes it actually infinite. I could possibly see about tackling this, pm me if you'd like.

Not sure about the edited text part, but the custom voices wouldn't work. It uses a third party speech engine, so it's not like there's any recorded voices in the game. The most you can do is provided in the game already with your options for editing how your character sounds.

It depends on the game, and how much effort you're willing to put into figuring out how that game handles sound.

Is it possible that the admin team on here could possibly all sing from the same hymn sheet. On a daily basis I see people post something that breaks the rules and get away with it then other people post pretty much the same and their post gets deleted or they get suspended or perma banned it seems like we have one rule for one another rule for someone else. I do get how hard a job it is having previously been part of the admin team on another site but a site as big as this needs clearly defined rules that are purely black or white with no gray area's in between because the grey areas just leave confusion as to what is and is not acceptable.

Honestly I don't think that such a thread is that great of an idea since, as you see, it'll quickly become a clusterf*ck of questions and it's hard to keep track of incoming new ones without forgetting to answer them...


Anyways, not sure if this was asked here already: Is it possible to update the Old 3DS to a specific firmware version, say 10.1.X instead of 10.2.X which is live on Nintendo's Servers now? For some reason I can't seem to get Themehax working on my 2 old 3DS's 9.9.0.26E...

It is possible using *hax 2.1.

I am actually booting rxtools with a hexed 2.5 themehax payload. The boot rate is very low in cooldboot, but booting to sysnand and doing the power->home works ok.

I never tried using 2.5.

I suggest you stay in 2.1. The boot rate is kinda bad and 2.5 doesn't change anything on emunand.
