I think its Darkcorps. There's a bunch of other system menu mods that change your colors and stuff.

But it's just a banner edit.

@ snico1995, u want to use mymenuify to install a csm for your system menu and region. U can make a csm using a mym file. Read up on how to do so here:

its actually not easy to do for the HBC, as team twiizers put some kind of protection from stopping ppl from doing this. JJ-quick has a modified HBC wad available for download on darkumbra (it may also be on gbatemp, not sure)

From watching the video, it seems a pretty simple edit tbh. It loads the regular HBC, so its not an edited HBC, its just the extracted banner edited slightly (not hard) and stuck into a WAD with a dol that loads title ID JODI (not hard). You'd still need HBC installed, and you could probably do away with the pointless loading screen to make it seem it is directly loading HBC.

EDIT: To back up what I said, here's a DOL that will load HBC (title ID JODI): http://www.mediafire.com/?jytkmmtnm2y
Just stick it in a channel with CustomizeMii and you got a custom banner HBC. You'll need regular HBC installed too.

EDIT: Just to point out, this took about 10 minutes to make, and would have taken about 30 seconds if I had any idea what I was doing. BTW, I haven't tested it, but I'm fairly certain it'll work.

Yeah, he really should get permission. They really don't like when people do this (especially when distributing it as a WAD).

It's just for fun; it just forwards to the HBC.

I meant wads for channels of homebrew, not wads of the HBC.
