Hacking The Disc could not be read

Recently, I have been getting The Disc could not be read on a lot of my games. It usually occurs after playing a game for about 30 minutes. It's most common on newer games (S&P 2, NFSN, COD: MWR). I'm using cIOSCORP 3.5 and tried loading with NeoGamma R7; both have the same results.

What firmware is your wii, when did you buy it? If its a VERY NEW WII, you could probably have a anti dvd-r in your wii, that can be fixed by buying a older version of dvd-r, but im not sure if this is the problem.

Definatively bad burns. Another cIOS may give better results, but won't solve the problem.

Use a new burner + good media + burn 8x-16x.

OK, I'm gonna try to play a game that works perfectly and see what happens. I'm really hoping these were just bad burns, if so, I'm using a different DVD burning software.
