Well we may break into the bootrom someday, but that isn't even close to Soontm because of how much money it would cost and time it would take to literally reverse engineer the whole system to it's proton wavelength to find console specific keys. Unless there's some magical leak in the future that will make bootrom access easier, then maybe we'll have permanent CFW and complete NAND usability. It'd take years in my estimate for anything close to this happening.
