Here it is, btw. Googled only for half a second to find that.
That's the .ips file. You'll need to patch it onto the (J) ROM of Super Mario World. I do not know if the game requires you to have the song playing in an external program.
EDIT: Just tried it. It didn't work. Patching the game with the .ips patch makes the checksum go bad and it won't play.
