Gaming "The Cave" US version no longer works

Trying to make sure I have an updated Nand. I was testing all my games.
Now I find "The Cave" no longer works.
Deleted it and redownloaded from eShop.
It still hangs on the "The Cave Screen" although it does create a save file.
Any ideas?

Also noted that Sega has disconnected their help line for this product.

I own this game, bought from eShop. As soon as I get home, i'll test if it works... I have 5.5.1 U firmware and the cave US too... if it works... I'll tell ya! Great game, by the way ;D

Hey man.... the game still works for me! Remember that the game screen only shows up on the television... on the gamepad, it keeps on the cave logo until you select your player or start your game...

Great that the issue is solved Or rather, that there was no issue to begin with I guess

I suggest you "report" your own first post, asking the mods to rename the title to "[Solved] ..." . You don't have to, of course, but I always think that it's nice
