Nah, his goalscoring record was a tad shit and he's was our best player. Bale's is really good when you remember he was a left back
I forgot about that!! That's a good quiz question that one!

Who else became great at a different position? Chris Sutton could play up front and defence but I believe if you play football you should be able to play any position. I could!

Here's my question. What makes you decide on a team? That always seemed stupid as hell, either it's I'm gonna go for Liverpool, because that's where the Beatles came from or I'm gonna go with the team that wins the most.

To me that seemed stupid. If you are born in Manchester, Liverpool or Barcelona it's very understandable, if you just chose a team because of their win streak or what your mate told you... Educate yourself, go to school, there are online courses you can take for free.

If it is countries competing against countries that makes sense to me, and I used to watch it with my brother and get really into it... Club football you are practically cheering for a stock briefcase IMO.

I'm not touching this.... You totally wouldn't get it! 🤣🤣🤣

In the most layman's terms... You support your local team which is normally where your family has lived since that team began so, you don't get a choice, you support the team your father and grandfather supported.

It's an obligatory torch with a physiological identity, loyalty and tribal affiliation to what your predessesors stood for with local pride.

That and 400 years of religious bigotry and sectarianism seem to help 🤣

For sure I get that, have zero issues with it. It's more when people choose a team that has no connection to them and they just happen to like the team that wins the most.

I don't really have an issue with that either, it just seems a little bit stupid and like fairweather fans.

Awww, that.... Yeah they're called tourist fans or glory hunters.

An unfortunate affliction of todays game as they normally pay more than the average diehard fan, just to drop a face gram or insta book status!

They are not football fans. If you know any... Ask them to explain the offside rule 🤣

Was born in Swansea and lived there will the age of 10. Got into football when I was 8 so made sense to follow the Swans. Hadn't grasped how shit they were until I was 11.

Supporting your local team is a representation of the area. Personally supporting your local team who are shit is a lot more rewarding than glory hunting Man City.
