Homebrew Texture Filtering in 3DS Games?

Objetively most games on the 3DS look horrible because of the jagged lines.
Would it be possible to use homebrew to implement some kind of texture Filtering?

3DS supports anti-aliasing via downsampling.

Realistically, you can't force commercial games with homebrew to render on a bigger framebuffer and downsample. Would cause so many problems.
