I want to be able to read text files on the go in German, Spanish, Czech and Japanese.

I like DSreader very much but apart from lower case umlauts it won't display diacritics and the likes at all.

I used Moonshell 2 in German language which displayed utf8 formatted Czech text correctly but showed Japanese text as mojibake.
After switching to Japanese Moonshell displayed kanji and kana but no diacritics.

All texts I used were properly formatted in UTF8. I opened them in several applications and webbrowsers.

Is there any way to get Moonshell to display everything correctly?
Or is there even some other programme that I could use?

Thank you in advance.
