Tetris 99 themes save file won't work, any idea ?

First of all, Tetris is the reason I use Nintendo Switch and I don't have time to accumulate points for themes online, so I like to play offline.

I tried all the save files under the Tetris 99 topic in the forum, but I could not get any results. Only 1 default theme is shown in the Tetris 99 theme menu. What could be the reason for this? My Tetris 99 version 2.3.0.

Apparently these don't work since they may need BCAT. Not sure, I don't play Tetris 99, but it would make sense.
How did you injected the save file?
