Gaming temperarible unable to access eshop after updating to 9.0.1 on sysnand

i have had a few switches in my time, the current one i have now worked fine and wasnt banned like the othrs but now after updating my sysnand to 9.0.1 it says temperarily unable to go online but does get a connection...... i dont think this is banned as b4 if i remember correctly the system would say that..... if not its ok i dont go online anyway with ofw and also if its true i no longer need emunand
I can downgrade as i have a 8.1 full nand backup and fusus dont bother me as i have aN RCM LOADER.... IJUST READ IT SAID ON MY BANNED ONE RESTRICTED BY NINTENDO ..... THIOS ONE SAYS TEMERARILY UNAVAILABLE...... oops sorry caps

i have figured out why.... network mantenance is being done..... this in the past has never happened to me before witch is why i needed to investigate...... as i knew i wasnt banned
