Telltale's 'The Wolf Among Us' Season 2 Gets Delayed
Fans of Telltale's video game adaptation of Bill Willingham's award-winning series of Fables comics, The Wolf Among Us, will have to wait a bit more to experience the second season.
Season two of the game was announced back in July 2017 with a 2018 expected release, after nearly four years since the first season came to an end. However, in a recent news update, Telltale announced that the game will now launch in 2019 and attributed the delay to "a few fundamental changes here at Telltale since we first announced the game last summer".

As a refresher, players control Sheriff Bigby Wolf in The Wolf Among Us who tries to maintain law and order in a city where fairytale characters (Beauty and the Beast, Snow White and the like) are forced to live among humans while navigating through a detective noir style murder mystery game.
The news update concluded by adding the following:
"Taking this extra time will allow us not only to focus on quality but also to experiment and iterate in order to craft something truly special. Ultimately our goal is to deliver an experience deserving of the passion you’ve consistently shown for The Wolf Among Us, and these extra months will give us the time we need to do our best work. We’re extremely enthusiastic about how the game is progressing so far, and we can’t wait to dig even deeper.".
