What do you mean by that
He means exactly that what is written there. It looks like you have a (bad) idea but not the skills or knowledge to accomplish your idea. And after having read some more I agree with him 100%

You don‘t even have any design documents that outline a rough plan, do you?

Okay maybe i dont have the skills but i will just try and learn

I am a professional software developer for over 10 years and have experience in leading teams and designing/planing new software. With that experience I will say you very clear: this will not work.

I wish you good luck and I hope that you realize that this is NOT the way to learn something new - start small, learn a program language and then come back. But all I and others in this forum can do is give you advice.

K Well Thanks i guess

Honestly you'd think you would have learned from the other day's fiasco.
Like this one? xD

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

But i think this guy is a troll. Even if a mod closes this thread, he opens a new one but with another name for this shady team. Swing the ban hammer against him pls.

https://gbatemp.net/threads/deep-ends-presents-trident-a-new-aio-cfw-package.581137/ this one, a shame it got deleted. Don't think it's a troll though, I think it's just a child trying to get into programming, which is actually kinda cool

More like this is a kid. They don't understand not subtle sarcasm:
"We are hiring! We have this really great idea and all we need is coders, designers and people who will actually do the work!"
so I don't expect that they are grown up.

And even if he wanted to set up such a package, he would theoretically not even need members. I'll cobble one together for you in 10 minutes and upload it to Github. If he would program something himself, then it would make sense to look around for people. But he just takes existing stuff, zips it together and then? Then we have another AiO package that no one wanted and which is then discontinued after 3, 4 or 5 releases because the "leader" behind this "organization" supposedly doesn't have time for it anymore (in truth, he doesn't want it anymore because he's already overburdened himself with it). And then another package molds in the internet.

It's kinda a good idea, but people needs to know what features it'll have,if it's just another AIO or if it'll be designed to contain new operations, etc
I'm an developer with C/C# and Web front-end experience, and sounds catchy this project(even if it is voluntary),but we don't know yet how many people you need or what work will be done (whether it will be done from scratch or something)

Don't know why you are so determined to make a new AIO installer. There are many already available and esp not if your just gonna copy and paste others work. Like others here stated, I'd start small and learn python language, C++ with an Arduino, or something like that first. Love your yearning to learn and create, but need to take baby steps first. I'm not hating on you, just don't understand why you continuing with this. Good luck tho.

Wow most of the people here are rude for no reason. If you are not interested in the project, ignore it or give a constructive comment. The vast majority of those who have posted have done so just to belittle the author.

His project may be useless or unnecessary in your opinion but do your comments on it make it any better?

It's because he already had a AIO release called Trident that was simply copy n pasted from others work, and he released it as his own, without giving others credit for they're work. It got axed, now he's trying to start another.

I would say contextually, given the OP is probably young, the best thing to do is to dissuade them from this kind of thing (the pointless copying and rebranding *is* rude, and I feel qualified to say that as Atmosphere's developer), and encourage the OP to instead spend time/energy learning to program with original projects.

it's worth saying that, though there are an awful lot of people commenting.

When someone who has no knowledge or monetary incentive is asking people to do work for you, you don't expect negative responses? Plus you clearly didn't read the fallout from Trident which was his previous package.

That's my concern, this Twilight is just another AIO copy or it'll be made from zero?
Cuz like @SciresM told, it's kinda rude to just copy one project without the credits and rebrand it

Oh ok I didn't have the context of what happened before this thread, in my eyes it was just a random guy trying to start a project and the only thing I was seeing was a bunch of people attacking him.

I judged too quickly before writing so sorry about that, however I still find some posts rude.
