I've been trying to use this wierd superspeed code for Mario Kart 8 that I assume would work (unless it's Deluxe-exclusive). I looked at tutorials on how to use TCP, but everything I try just doesn't seem to be the answer. I can connect Gecko to the Wii U, but that's the extent of it. The only things I can do ("pause game" and "run game") just crash the system to a black screen telling me that an illegal operation has occurred and the system needs to shut down.
Illegal command byte received: 0x07
Server Version: 06/03/2017
If you see this,
please report this bug.

That's what it says.

You can't because TCP Gecko.NET hasn't been updated to work with my version of the TCP Gecko Installer. You have to use JGecko U with the respective latest TCP Gecko Installer. Also just follow the top post of what @tastymeatball linked.
