Hey, besides batsu it's an awesome game. Really. The graphics are great, the animations are stunning, the gameplay is fast, the controls are so great that i didn't miss a single hadoken even with the gamecube stick and overall it's awesome. True capcom masterpiece, hoping for a sequel with more characters and online play

Oh yeah, don't get me wrong, I still want to play it. I love the VS style games ever since Marvel VS Street Fighter ( Or was Marvel VS X-Men first...? ) Even Gundam VS Gundam was awesome. But I'm pretty broke right now, plus I've got like... 43 DVD-Rs of Memorex to use left. Lol. Maybe I could try it on that Wii Emulator.. hum... *Goes to google*

Any way to get around the black-and-white mode on PAL without having to buy a new TV?

would the wiifree thingie work if the games is loading up but just scrolling? from what i understand its just for people geting black or green screens. granted i could just try, but i'm not home now so if i could find it before i finish from here it'd be good but also i dont have that ckeybin which apparantly i need and i dont want to hunt it down for no reason.

apply the vidtvpatch....

in geckoOS or gamma... for the black and whit problem....

Anyone w/ a 3.2U wii get this to work yet....

I've helped others from 3.2E get it to work but I can't

any help would be greatly appreciated...

-kitt050383

please pm me with the info..... thanks...

Edit: Let me add some more details...

My Wii: 3.2U w/ Starfall
Wiikey v1 w/ 1.9s firmware

I have tried 1:1 burn -> boots in GekoOS shows the stupid how to play safe crap then black screen w/ jap text... Try hitting button nothing continues...

I have tried patching it w/ WiiFrii to NTSC-U -> boots in Disc channel and GekoOS, shows the stupid how to play safe crap then black screen w/ jap text... Try hitting button nothing continues...

I do remove the updates w/ Wii Update Remover v1.0 by: waninkoko but have ruled this out as being a problem with the 1:1 burn....

I don't want any info about what discs you use bla... bla... or what speed you burn at.... k...

if the apply to vidtv was to me that didn't work, i should also mention i tried force pal60 alone, fore pal60 with vid patch, force ntsc alone, force ntsc with vid patch, etc. etc. nothing worked.

I patched the ISO with backup-creator (gui version) and then I burnt it with Nero.
Imgburn failed and DVDdecrtypter and Alcohol couldn't even burn it.
Did I do something wrong?

I tried to play the ISO that I wrote with backuploader gamma (ios249 btw if it matters) and I get a message "error 324 can't read disk".

I don't know what to try. I burnt it at low speed and with optical media that I always use and they seem to work. I 've also used Nero before and it also worked.
I stayed up until almost 5 in the morning and as it seems I won't play it.

.

Edit: Actually I tried to play some games that worked with the first version of backup loader and I get the same message on gamma (can't read disk).
Any thoughts?

edit: my TV is ntsc, i use transcoder for convert signal to pal. also i no need it for play ntsc games in TV

Weird, it didn't work with my Memorex DVD-R, but I finally got it working.
I doubt anyone will believe it, but I burned it to a Memorex DVD+R and it worked.

Yeah, I read that in another thread you posted. lol. Glad someone answered though, I don't have a GC control myself, just a classic controller.

i used RegionFrii and it still didn't work guys, please someone help me, this is the one game i was dying for these past few months. If it's anyhelp it's a PAL 3.2E System, hooked up onto a SDTV via Wii Component Cables, and the vid options are on 480i 60hz.

That's funny, I don't have any problems at all when booting the game with a GC controller still plugged in (Wave Bird). I haven't even patched the game in anyway. I just straight up loaded it on to Gamma .3 Beta. Everything works perfectly.

I've had no luck with DVD+R, mind you I was using Sonys..........
Got some Verbatim and Memorex DVD-Rs and so far all have been good.

Theres a pile of Sonys in the garbage hahaahah

K i have another question now. I put my Wii setting to 50hz, tried the game again and it worked perfect, i didn't even have to play with the options in the Gamma menu at all. However if i put it back to60hz then force PAL 50 on the Gamma, i just get a green screen? Why is this and is there any way around it i dont want to play all my games in 50hz just for this or to have to change the options everytime i want to play it will get annoying.

I am currently having problems trying to burn this.

I am using an NTSC-U Wii with a WiiKey modchip running 3.3U firmware. I have burned this iso multiple times at various different speeds on TDK DVD-R's and every single burn has resulted in a disc that the Wii cannot recognize.

Can someone help me? Thanks.
