Hacking Taking saves on Original Cart to a Flashcart

I remember that there was this app that allowed you to take your saves from the Cart/Card and transfer it to a flashcart or computer [I forgot].

IIRC it was called Reinmoon[?].

So anyone have a link to it?

reinmoon, rein and rain are the original dumpers. To my knowledge though no DLDI version has been made, Rudolphs new ROM dumper (which is DLDI compatible) should work as well though for saves:
