i have never seen this problem before so i don't really know whats going on, but is there any alternative firmware or alternative rom loader you could use? i couldn't run it on my R4 originally, but it worked perfectly loaded with YSmenu. if nothing like that exists then the only thing i could think of is that maybe its just not compatible with your card. maybe you could unpack the rom, fiddle around randomly, repack it, then try again, lol i dunno.
