If it was that easy, it would be made like that from the beginning..
Making the game multiplayer, and downloadable, is really really hard, developers still didn't find a way to make some homebrew program that would transfer little files among two NDSs (like pictures, small songs etc.) via WiFi!!

Can not be done!
