I can't install any cIOS, and systemcheck lists all available ones as disabled in all three rows...Am I screwed because of 4.3u version of my Wii? Is there anyway to downgrade?

Use IOS236 Installer to install IOS236. You can then use IOS236 to install whatever you want.

And be sure you run IOS58 off HBC (use the latest dop-mii release), install the latest IOS58 from dop-mii, do a HBC reinstall (hackmii installer..) and it should run off IOS58.

    Then you should do

    This.

This patched IOS gives complete nand access/homebrew access to any wii homebrew (ie: wad managers, cios installers, etc) and once installed make sure you always use it for these kind of purposes
