Use IOS236 Installer to install IOS236. You can then use IOS236 to install whatever you want.
 
And be sure you run IOS58 off HBC (use the latest dop-mii release), install the latest IOS58 from dop-mii, do a HBC reinstall (hackmii installer..) and it should run off IOS58.

This patched IOS gives complete nand access/homebrew access to any wii homebrew (ie: wad managers, cios installers, etc) and once installed make sure you always use it for these kind of purposes

He is on 4.3 so he already have IOS58 installed.
