With 4.3 you still can reinstall 249/202 with 236 installed right?
Thank god they didn't touch 236, we running out of slots!!! lol

So, does HBC 1.0.8 stay after this update? I still have Smash Bros Brawl just in case.

Same here. I got 4000 points today, only to find the update. I just did the update, and all it seems to do is provide the updated versions of the channels that comes with the update within Metroid: Other M. Homebrew Channel remains unscathed.

It adds all the Korean IOSes to other regions (anti piracy) and there is a new IOS56 used by the Wii Shop Channel.

Despite all of this you can always restore your system as long as you can get HBC up and running. This since the latest version of DOP-Mii can trash any IOS, mothballed or not, and just reinstall the wanted one using IOS58 + AHBPROT. This can NEVER BE BLOCKED as long as you get into the latest version of HBC.

True, I do like the Homebrew Channel, but still, there are some things on the Wii Shop that I am interested in, and to try to avoid possible malware getting ROMS. Also, most games I've played and beaten so much, it drained any challenge/happiness, so why would I pay for mediocrity?
