Homebrew System transfer unban

So im attempting to unban my main n3ds completely (as upposed to the localfriendcodeseed i've been using that only provides a partial unban) by doing a system transfer from my spare ofw 11.4 o3ds. I have several questions about how i can keep all of my data.

1. If i make a nand backup and then do a system transfer, then restore the nand backup, will that restore my ban?

2. If that would keep me banned, how would i restore all of my data (games, saves, etc.) while remaining unbanned

3. The only solution i can think of is to make a twlnand image or ctrnand image. Im not sure which one to do, if it will help whatsoever, or even if that's possible.

afaik, system transfer from an unbanned system to a banned system does absolutely nothing to the banned system.

i already replaced my localfriendcodeseed with another 3ds so transferring to this 3ds will remove the last remnants

pokemon s/m ban is permanent.

Even with a system transfer? I heard doing so swaps the ban to the source 3ds

you're doing it the other way around.

system transfer from a banned system to an unbanned system is what you wanna do.
but then no point there as you still end up with . one banned console.

Makes sense, i'll try to hook myself up with an extra n3ds then. I got connections. I'll report back here once i got that taken care of. Let's say though i did have the n3ds on me atm, how would i go about doing it anyway?
