Hello GBATemp.

I have an american 3ds that has the ambassador titles on it, and I would like to transfer them to my european 3ds that has eshop titles bought on it. My question, will it overwrite everything, or keep everything in place and just pass the games? Thanks!

You can't do a system transfer between different regions.
