Hacking System Transfer O3ds with CFW to N3ds Brand new and no CFW

Hi Guys,

Before i do this i want to be sure this works.

Objective: I need to transfer my NNID to the new console and setup a brand new NNID on the O3DS.

I do not want any other then this, (No saves no settings nothing).

So my first questions

1. Is there any other way to transfer a NNID to a new console?

If not

2. Can i safely system transfer from a Hacked CFW 9hl Setup to a brand new System with no hack?

Source system: O3ds Latest firmware hacked 9hl + Luma

Destination: N3DS latest firmware - No hacks

2.You could but will lose all software you installed that was not from the Eshop (you would have to reinstall the tickets if the n3ds was hacked anyway)

i dont want anything just to change the NNID.

The old console with be for the kids, i will install games for me on the new one.
