Homebrew System transfer beetwen different regions

HI im a newcomer, i have an old european 3ds(10.3) in which i have any eshop bought games, but earlier this year i bought a new 3ds xl in the us, thinking that ic ould use trasnfer system, with homebrew, hacking and all those shenanigans, is it possible to play my games on the new 3ds? the bad thing is i didnt realize that this might be possible and i bought new games on my new 3ds too, thanks

The 3DS is region-locked. Any games would only work with their respective region 3DSes (unless you were using homebrew region free loader with retail cartridges but that's another story.)
This applies to the eShop too. There are different regions for the eShop, with different region accounts, different region games. You can only transfer between two systems of the same region as all games and everything are region-specific.
