Hardware System Software Problems

I have had extensive problems with my 3ds, and I treat it like the Kings own off spring. The problems have been black screen of death on system menus, , SYStem Lock ups just after playing DSi games and more. It's been back to Nintendo repairs more than at my homw, and I got it day one.
I'm looking for a list a troubles others are having, with thier, along this line.

I'm a Die Hard DSi fan but this system has me frustrated.

PS, no I did not have the problem related to street pass and removing battery without being plugged in... YET.

Trade you 3DS for another one. Never had these problems.

Trade it in for another. Customers always first if you ask me.
Personally it wouldn't have killed Nintendo to troubleshoot MORE and release this in December.
People seem to be agonizing with this system. Me too. Although I'm not sure if I even have a problem. haha.
