Hi.

I recently wanted to play system link (just LAN, NOT xlink oder LiNK) with my rhg xbox.
Last time (3-4 years ago) it definitely wored, and I cant remember to have changed anything since then

- I was on dashboard 174xx with dashlaunch 3.09/3.12 and updated it to 17526 + dashlaunch 3.19.
(Dont know if that is the cause - but please read on)
- I have a Live user profile and a newly created local user profile
I'm either using FSD3.0.775 oder FSD3.0.783unofficial or the latest Aurora 0.7.b.1.
- When in FSD the status says "SYSTEM LINK PATCHED"
  • Tried with disabled F3 Plugin
  • Tried with enabled F3 Plugin
  • Tried disabling and enabling Aurora Plugin again
  • Tried with pingpatch enabled&disabled
  • Tried without livestrong
  • Tried with/out liveblock

Actually tried out everything and every tutorial/video found für SYSTEM LINK :nayps3:
Now 7 hours have passed and I am out of luck - And we just wanted to have a little LAN Party :-(

Can anyone still help ??
[Donation will be given  ]

In Dashlaunch, try disabling any default paths. Make it so it boots to MS Dashboard. When it boots, go to my games and Xexmenu. In Xexmenu, start your game either through its scanner or the default.xex file. This should load the game without any plugins.

- Deleted every .INI Files created by dashlaunch.
- Launched games from MS Dash --> XeX --> Game ==> System Link doesn't appear at all! (only "connect to live")

Will try the TUT from second answer next weekend and reply back -

Thank you VERY MUCH for the quick replies !! :-)
