It would just be downloading it through NUSD and then installing it through HBC right?
Yes, download IOS80 v6944 and system menu 4.3U, that's v513 with NUS Downloader v1.5a Beta and activate the Pack -> WAD option, then use YAWMM with cIOS249 to install both wads.

Or using Modmii

Thanks for all of your help.

Oh, by the way, does it matter if I install IOS80 or the system menu first?
No, it doesn't matter what are you installing first, simply make sure IOS80 is correctly installed

a common cause of this message is a bad theme install too
so have you installed any themes lately ??

if so install a known working theme or a base app for your firmware

Nope, I had mentioned that before.

Also, I don't have that channel. Disc Channel, CfgUSB, Triiforce, HBC, WiiMC, Weather, News, Everybody Votes, Photo, Sonic 4. Those are the only ones I can recall.

What channels do you have installed?

I remember an issue similar to this being caused by the Wii Fit Plus Channel...

I get this problem intermittently when exiting the wii fit plus channel. Pulling the plug out and leaving it for 30 seconds and putting it back in seems to sort it out. I don't think anybody has got to the bottom of this issue and what causes it.

Will reinstalling system menu 4.3 remove any homebrew, cIOS, or other hacks? Just worried because I don't have SSBB anymore.

If your HBC is at lastest version it will not be removed. With HBC you can reinstall anything, no need to use SSBB.

Today I installed IOS80, System Menu v4.3, IOS56, and Shop Channel v20 in that order. Then I restarted the Wii and I'm still having this error. Was this a definite fix or just a maybe and does anyone have any other ideas other than buying a new Wii? Sometimes it's very bad, happening around 10 times or more in a row.
