Hacking SysConfigTool "Development Mode"

So I have just set up redNAND on my Wii U and installed SysConfigTool. I was wondering what the "Development Mode" did and if it would affect my sysNAND if I enabled it (I have not unlinked my NANDS by formatting). Would it brick my redNAND, brick my sysNAND, or enable some developer options I have no use for. I'm just curious.

Pretty sure it won't allow you to save this settings changes. You will find other settings you can not save either. So with this, don't bother.

I wouldn't fuck around too much. It could edit the SEEPROM which isn't covered by current RedNAND setups and therefore is shared with SysNAND.
