Some data appears cut off, like info on your cios 249 and 250. It appears as if u opened it in excel and copied just the first column (and data appearing after a comma was lost). Instead open it in notepad and copy everything

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

I can tell that this isn't optimal according to a ModMii installation. For example your IOS80 isn't patched. Also I don't think priiloader is installed.

I suggest u use ModMii

It's a special type of IOS that nintendo installs when they want to disable an IOS slot entirely. They install a stub IOS to that slot, which is basically nothing but some meta data I think but effectively it's like the ios in that slot has been deleted, I guess in order to free up a miniscule amount of free space on the nand, but in some cases they install stubs to slots they have never even used to make it slightly more difficult (but today makes no real difference) for hackers to install a custom ios to typical slots used by various homebrew (like 249 and 250 for example). Anyways, stubs are pointless from a softmodding perspective, and easily circumvented if you want to overwrite a stub
