Hi, I'm discovering the joys of owning a Wii in the year of 2026. Better late than never. Been playing the NTSC Virtual Console version of Star Fox 64 a bunch, and there's this annoying audio distortion that's hard to ignore throughout the game, like the audio is crackling. It's most noticable in the end credits. This video I found on youtube shows it off as well, so I know the issue isn't just on my end: (45:56 in case the timestamp doesn't work) I was surprised how nobody online seems to have discussed this over the years. Has anyone else noticed this or similar issues on other n64 VC releases? Is the cause known? Out of curiosity, I did try the PAL Lylat Wars release, and the audio was perfectly fine in that one.

SD will be prioritized. - When you launch the emulator from USB, and there is a SD card inserted without the Z-GX folder structure present, it will DSI crash. - 12 seconds pause before the game starts booting, affects build 20260811B. - Cover files do not load when you start the emulator from a USB device, yet it will load them if a SD card with the files is inserted before emulator launch. Hacking Syscheck without an SD Card?

Long story short, my SD card slot isn’t working. I need to restore my IOS’s because one of them is making my homebrew channel upside down and loaders aren’t working. I plan on just restoring them and then reinstalling them all. any thoughts? Can I use my usb to get the Syscheck.csv file?

Use Modmii's hackmii solutions guide, just launch mmm using the upside down homebrew channel instead of an exploit, and use your USB hard drive in place of the SD card
