Everything looks good man. Did you recently update usb-loader gx? Does this happen with any other apps?

It happens to USB Loader GX, and I just get a black screen in Wii Flow. I did just update because I wanted to load GC off of my HDD(SD card)

Im able to run everything else just fine off my SD card

Huh. And this happens with both of your backup loaders, and nothing else? That is strange. You don't seem like a noob (despite your thread title) haha Make sure your directories are set up correctly. Hopefully Cyan will look at this thread and know what is going on. He is part of the team that designed usb-loader gx. If not, you can ask him directly. He has a thread in the backup loader section of this forum, and responds to questions regularly.
