TIL you can do 60fps with skyrim. Thanks for that, i'll be messing around with that later
You're welcome, when editing the ini put "iVSyncPresentInterval=0", under "[DISPLAY]", but in order to prevent the engine from bugging out you'll need to create a new section in the skyrim.ini called "[HAVOK]" and under it put this command, "fMaxTime=0.0333". Im not sure if the last command works with Skyrim Switch, it works as intended on PC though, people use it for playing at 120FPS, but since the engine in both platforms are similar I think it works, I'm also playing with it fine. If you need more advice and the ini there's a discord server focused in modding Skyrim on switch https://discord.gg/FhhfvVj.

@m4xw How far can the Switch go? Everything here (on the github) is made to be safe or it can go even further while still being "safe"?
For example, can the RAM go higher or that's the max clock for it?

All the options given should be safe for the hardware, higher CPU clocks can cause stability issues for some reason though
You probably can’t go much higher though

edit: just noticed I read that wrong lol

RAM for instance can't go higher, because you'd have to make patches to add the correct timings. The clock tables should right now contain most freqs that pcv can apply out of the box, with the exception of CPU 1785Mhz, and several of the most lowest freqs that would cause hangs.

Out of curiosity, why would you want to underclock when playing a certain title?
Picross and Picross S2 are good examples of non demanding games you'd play handheld

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

I not find atmosfere folder and config only folder lib res src...where is??
Check the releases section

Quick suggestion: once you implemented a menu on this, you could make an "installed games presets" thing, where you can select an installed game and create a profile for it directly in the app. Maybe with premade frequences for the cpu/gpu/ram both for docked and handheld.

Again, this is just a suggestion, i don't know if it's possible to do

This is what is currently planned: https://github.com/retronx-team/sys-clk/wiki/UI-Mockups

Awesome! But I however think I wait for the frontend. I'm dislike editing per title without something to do it easily on the fly. But really nice work you guys! :)

hey, mother 4 is a thing: http://www.mother4game.com/
(all are fan games btw, that's the catch, I used them as placeholders)
As far as I remember, those guys were going to drop the name of Mother 4 to avoid any C&D from Nintendo, and were instead going to give it an entirely new name and story not related to Mother/EarthBound

Can someone make a doom, Wolfenstein 2 and resident evil revelations two 2 file please
These are my configs for Wolf 2 and Doom :P. Just copy them into your /config/sys-clk/config.ini file if you want to use them.

; DOOM
[0100416004C00000]
handheld_gpu=460
handheld_mem=1600
docked_cpu=1224
docked_gpu=921

; Wolfenstein 2
[01009040091E0000]
handheld_gpu=460
handheld_mem=1600
docked_cpu=1224
docked_gpu=921

Question about underclocking qlaunch as seen in the premade configs. Does that have an effect on homebrew and emulators or is it specifically just the home menu?
