i have been sxos user since day 1. havent been banned yet. i dont have emunand running, but play original titles on one user, and warez ones on another. i go online from time to time (i own a copy of n++ and the game upload scores automatically). i dont use any dns, and i have survived this long!

There are people who have done less and been banned and people who have done more and been fine. Bottom line is no one knows what triggers bans exactly. I'd rather take every precaution possible. I have too much invested to get banned for HB but I cannot help myself.

You know that using different users makes absolutely no difference whatsoever, right? Might as well avoid the hassle of having to pick an user.

You're breaking the TOS, so you can definitely get banned
You accept that you can get banned by doing this unless you never turned on your switch and accepted the TOS (which is required to startup the console and you did when you first turned it on)
