Seriously this. Loading XCI is the only reason to get SX OS now...

Then again, sx does have actual updates whereas the hacking community just tends to fuck around for a few weeks, cause drama, and maybe something will be released by a smart fella who's avoided everyone until then.

It could mean a few things:
- Rei legitimately did not know other CFWs lacks xci loading
- Rei has a secret xci loader
- Rei has an xci loader planned but it is put on backlog
- Rei actually did fully crack SX OS
- Rei is a fictional character from a ShoujoBeat anime pilot that failed and the user is just an elaborate meme
- Rei is actually a giant crustacean from the paleolithic era

And come on..It is NOT cracked. From his perspective it may be cracked because he patched X amount checks/defeated TX's protection. But for everyone else here it means nothing because it DOESN'T WORK. For it to be called a 'crack' publicly it needs to be something that one can just download use. It is very simple lol.

And once again I feel the need to reiterate that xci loading is SX's only selling point and the only thing everyone cares about...right?

SX OS is just patches applied to ninty's package1loader and package1. Also custom kips (forked from atmo).. the rommenu is an nro thats stored in the loader kip.. thats the entire 'OS'.

I'm gonna pick at straws here but i'm assuming Rei has xci loading planned out but it's on the back burner. Less priority. Kind of interested in what is higher priority than xci loading, personally.

That has always been the only reason to get SX OS. Arguably SX Pro is still useful if you don't want to mess around with home made hardware, I was expecting aliexpress to be full of switch dongles by now.

What are you getting at? The original debate was if removing the drm is a crack. The os is a boot loader.. The kips and rommenu are separate entities packed in. When I say the os has nothing special, I'm referring to the boot loader, not the homebrew

The point we're all making is that sx-os is not cracked until we can all use it to load xci files for free, period.
